The project explores the long collaboration that took place between the designer and Meritalia, which brought a twist to the usual approach to upholstered furniture, creating unique, colorful and ironic products. Gaetano Pesce’s pieces make fun of us, seeming to abandon their functionality, to express themselves in all their freedom, while always, in any case, fulfilling the aim for which they were designed. In all the spaces of Milano Triennale Design Museum 20 performers from as many continents sing in 20 variations the Bob Marley song that gives the exhibition its title.
